100% Chardonnay from the single vineyard Les Vignes Blanches, featuring vines approximately 36 years old planted on a terroir of limestone and clay (illite). The wine, crafted using oak barrel vinification without malolactic fermentation, is produced with a zero dosage and aged three years in bottle under cork. It is also Bio certified.
