Bordiga Vermouth di Torino Excelsior Riserva is crafted by the historic Bordiga distillery, founded in 1888 in Piedmont, using traditional methods and original recipes from the Occitan valleys. This exceptional vermouth is made with 30% organic Barolo aged in oak for three years, blended with aromatic Moscato and Trebbiano. It features a diverse botanical blend including wormwood, dittany, elderflower, chinchona bark, quassia bark, orange peel, gentiana lutea root, gentiana acaulis flowers, anise, and Bourbon vanilla from Madagascar, with several herbs wild-foraged in the Alps. Produced in limited quantities, emphasizing artisanal craftsmanship and the heritage of Vermouth di Torino. Vegan.
