2018 Brovia Barolo

Brovia 2018 Barolo is produced in the Barolo DOCG of Piedmont by Azienda Agricola Brovia. The wine is crafted exclusively from Nebbiolo grapes sourced from multiple vineyard sites and crus—including, notably, the ‘Brea’ area—and a blend of younger vines from distinct terroirs. In the winery, the grapes undergo a fermentation lasting approximately three weeks, after which the wine is aged for a minimum of two years in a combination of large and medium-sized Slavonian and French oak barrels. The wine is bottled unfiltered, a choice that preserves the classic structural elements inherent to traditional Barolo production.
