2018 Complemen'terre Muscadet Mortier Gobin
A light-bodied, dry white wine from the Muscadet Sèvre-et-Maine appellation in the Loire Valley, France, made from Melon de Bourgogne grapes. This organic wine is highly acidic with mineral and salty characteristics, showcasing the typical flinty style of the region. The 2018 vintage presented challenges, with slow fermentation requiring patience, but the wine was aged 24 months before release. Exhibits a savory, creamy character with petrichor notes and fresh herbs on the finish, alongside a soft, round texture.
