2018 Complemen'terre Muscadet Mortier Gobin

Muscadet is produced exclusively from Melon de Bourgogne grapes grown in the Loire Valley, France, with some vineyards located in the Muscadet Sèvre-et-Maine appellation. In certain cases, organic viticultural practices are employed, emphasizing the region’s distinctive terroir. The wine is crafted in a dry style intended for early consumption; however, in challenging vintages such as 2018, winemakers adapted their technique by employing a slow fermentation process followed by an extended aging period of 24 months to ensure proper development and structural balance.
