2018 Marie Courtin 'Blanc de Tremble' Coteaux Champenoise 12/750

A rare white wine made exclusively from Pinot Noir grapes vinified in white style, sourced from 40-year-old vines in Polisot, Aube. The wine is produced without added SO2, fining, or filtration, and undergoes fermentation and 11 months of aging in sandstone and clay amphorae. This natural winemaking approach expresses the terroir of the region through direct pressing and extended amphora maturation, resulting in a distinctive blanc de noirs from the warm 2018 vintage.
