2018 Sonshine 'Beau Gosse' Cabernet Franc

This wine is a 100% Cabernet Franc from the Loire region, with vineyard sites spanning Chinon and Touraine. The grapes are hand‐harvested and carefully processed in Noizay, where they are de‐stemmed by hand and undergo a 14‐day maceration with initial soft punchdowns performed both manually and by foot. In some batches, organic practices are observed. Following fermentation, the wine is aged in old barriques for a period ranging from 10 months to one year, with minimal sulphur added at bottling and no filtration employed, ensuring a vinification that respects the terroir and maintains the wine’s delicacy.
