2019 Domaine de la Petite Tuile Blanc Sec

This Premières Côtes de Gaillac from Domaine de la Petite Tuile blends two historic Gaillac grape varieties: Loin de l'œil and Mauzac. The estate is dedicated to natural winemaking, practicing organic agriculture with early steps toward biodynamics. Fermentations are carried out using naturally present yeasts with minimal sulfur intervention to preserve the originality of each vintage.
