2019 Domaine Overnoy-Crinquand Arbois-Pupillin Trousseau

This wine is produced from Trousseau grapes grown on an organic, poly‐cultural estate in Pupillin, Jura. It is vinified in barrel using traditional techniques emblematic of the Arbois–Pupillin region, a method that emphasizes the mineral expression derived from the rocky terroir. Compared to other local styles (such as Crinquand’s Ploussard), the production approach here yields a profile marked by fine, elegant structure and a balanced, earthy fruit character without pronounced rusticity.
