2019 Fekete Hárslevelű Gold Ed
A limited-release Hárslevelű from Somló's volcanic basalt terroir, produced in just 1,950 bottles. Hand-harvested grapes underwent two hours of skin contact before gentle pressing and natural fermentation in 1,000-liter Hungarian oak casks. The wine was aged 10 months in used oak, followed by four years of oxygen-free tank aging. This extended maturation in the Béla style creates a concentrated, full-bodied wine with deep golden color. The volcanic soils impart characteristic smoky minerality, while healthy botrytis contributes honeyed complexity. Contains 7.7 g/l residual sugar, 6.6 g/l acidity, and 13.75-14% alcohol.
