2019 Gonon Chasselas VDF

This white wine is produced from a Vin de France estate using clearly defined, modern winemaking techniques. Following harvest, the juice settles for 12 hours before undergoing cask fermentation and an 11‐month lees aging period in a combination of barriques and demi-muids. The result is a pale, shimmering gold wine with fresh citrus and orchard fruits on the nose, a juicy and taut taste profile enhanced by a gingery spice element, a firm bite, mineral structure, and a subtle tarragon note.
