2019 Piollot Chevry Champagne

The Champagne is crafted from a blend of the three primary varieties—Chardonnay, Pinot Noir, and Pinot Meunier—with Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier (typically red grape varieties) directly pressed to produce white juice. The 2019 vintage, which experienced mild winter and spring conditions despite early weather challenges, provided the foundation for grapes that were subsequently aged on lees for an extended period to enhance texture and complexity. Bottles were disgorged in March 2023, and the wine is available as part of a multi‐vintage offering that also includes select cuvées from a 2017 harvest. In addition, certain bottlings carry the CERTIPAQ FR-BIO-09 organic certification, reflecting adherence to sustainable winemaking practices.
