2020 A & JF Ganevat La Gravière Cotes du Jura Chardonnay

A biodynamic Chardonnay from Jean François Ganevat, elected winemaker of the year in 2018, showcasing the best terroirs of the Jura region. La Gravière is sourced from old vines grown on marnes grises du Lias and marnes irisées. This négoce cuvée is vinified and aged for three years on its lees with minimal sulphur addition, utilizing natural gassing and deposit processes. The domaine produces around 40 different cuvées to highlight terroir, grape variety, and vinification style. Can be decanted. Very limited production.
