2020 Centralas Syren Pinot Noir

Single-block organically grown Pinot Noir from Spear Vineyards in the Santa Rita Hills, sourced from Dijon clone 667 on northeast-sloping clay-dominant hillsides with east-west row orientation. The 2020 vintage involved two separate pickings—two tons harvested just before an extreme heat event and one ton two weeks later—enabling balance despite the warm vintage. Native fermentation and aged one year in used French oak barrels. Bottled unfined and unfiltered. Vegan. Highly age-worthy, expected to evolve beautifully over the long term.
