2020 Château la Tour de By Médoc

Château La Tour de By is a well-regarded Cru Bourgeois estate located in the northern Médoc on Bordeaux's Left Bank, close to the Gironde estuary. The vineyards are situated on gravel and clay soils just 200 metres from the estuary, ideally suited to cultivating Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot. This family-owned estate produces wines with classic Left Bank structure and character. The 2020 blend is led by Cabernet Sauvignon (around 60%) with Merlot and a small proportion of Petit Verdot. The wines are characterized by their elegant, balanced style with fine tannic structure, allowing them to age for up to nearly 20 years.
