2020 Garlider Weinberg Dolomiten Sylvaner

A fresh white wine from Alto Adige Valle Isarco made from Sylvaner grapes, displaying a pale yellow to greenish color. The wine presents a green and flinty style with characteristic minerality in the background. It offers a restrained, rather tart profile with light yellow fruity hints, fine herbal aromas, and nutty tones. The palate is polished and delicate with slightly chalky undertones, finishing with good persistence and very harmonious, fine-juicy character with herbal spice. Serving temperature: 10-12°C.
