2020 Pere Mata l"Origen Cava
A small, organic winery producing Cava using the Traditional Method to highlight the region's terroir and sense of place. Winemaker Pere Mata crafts this sparkling wine reflecting the origins of Cava by co-fermenting only Macabeu and Xarello, as was done with the first Cava wines. The wine is produced with 11.5% alcohol by volume, demonstrating Mata's dedication to quality craftsmanship and showcasing traditional grape varieties that express the distinctive character of the region.
