2021 Anthill Farms Comptche Ridge Pinot Noir

The 2021 Pinot Noir Comptche Ridge is crafted from primarily Swan clone Pinot Noir grapes grown in a remote vineyard above the town of Comptche in northern Mendocino County. Owned and managed by the Weir family, the vineyard is dry-farmed on a complex mix of fine, sandy-clayey Franciscan soils and is naturally framed by high redwoods and Douglas-fir. The winemaking approach emphasizes precision in capturing the unique characteristics of this secluded site and its distinct terroir.
