2021 Baxter Pinot Noir Black Label Anderson Valley

Pretty and elegant Pinot Noir from Anderson Valley in Mendocino by The Baxters. Phil Baxter farms organically in every vineyard he works with and minimally intervenes in his winemaking. He spent vintages in Burgundy learning French cellar methods and techniques to best showcase terroir, contributing to notable wines in Pommard. His wines show more restraint and focus than most domestic producers, and he hasn't used a new barrel in over 10 years.
