2021 Champagne Marie Courtin "Resonance" Blanc de Noir

Marie Courtin's vineyards are located in the small village of Polisot in the Côte des Bar, where they benefit from warmer temperatures and mineral-rich Kimmeridgian limestone soils. Resonance is a Blanc de Noirs Extra Brut Champagne crafted from biodynamically-farmed Pinot Noir without any added sugar (zero dosage), making pristine, ripe grapes essential. The wine is potent and tightly coiled. The fruit is sourced from the top of a slope with little topsoil.
