2021 Domaine Paleine Esprit de Chenin

This white wine is produced exclusively from Chenin Blanc cultivated in the Loire region. The vineyards are situated on chalk-rich, well-drained soils that, together with a cool climate, foster a natural high acidity and pronounced minerality. Winemaking practices are designed to preserve the grape’s inherent structure and the distinctive terroir expression characteristic of the region.
