2021 Emiliano Falsini Etna Rosso Feudo Pignatone

Feudo Pignatone Rosso is crafted from organically grown Nerello Mascalese grapes from the contrada Feudo Pignatone on Mount Etna's northern slope at approximately 700 meters altitude. A significant proportion of fruit comes from century-old vines, with some parcels ranging from 30 to 100 years old. The wine employs 30% whole-bunch fermentation and each parcel is vinified separately to express the distinctive volcanic terroir and mineral character of this ancient estate in the municipality of Randazzo.
