2021 Ganevat Le Courage VDF Blanc

A 100% Riesling cuvée from old Alsatian vines planted on steep granite slopes, produced by Jean-François Ganevat at Domaine Ganevat in the Jura. This family-owned estate, established in 1650, is certified biodynamic and has eschewed sulfur additions since 2006. The wine is hand-harvested and naturally vinified using direct pressing, native yeasts, and extended aging on lees in demi-muids and foudres for three to three and a half years without fining or filtration, showcasing traditional winemaking and terroir expression under the Vin de France appellation.
