2021 Giachino Giac Bulles

Domaine Giachino's Giac' Bulles is a natural sparkling wine from the Savoie region in the French Alps, crafted by the Giachino brothers from Jacquère and Mondeuse grapes. Made using the ancestral method with secondary fermentation in the bottle, this elegant sparkler spent seven months on its lees and was disgorged and bottled with no SO2. The vineyard's remarkable terroir originates from a massive 1248 landslide on Mt. Granier, when 500 million cubic meters of limestone created exceptional growing conditions in the valley below.
