2021 Le Vignoble du Reveur Alsace Singulier

This dry Alsatian orange wine is produced by cofermenting Riesling and Pinot Gris using carbonic maceration. The grapes remain in contact with their skins for 10 days prior to initiating a native fermentation in large oak barrels, with no additives beyond minimal sulfite intervention. Following fermentation, the wine is aged for one year on fine lees, emphasizing techniques that capture the essence of its terroir and varietal character.
