2021 Le Vignoble du Reveur Alsace Singulier

A dry Alsatian orange wine produced through carbonic maceration coferment of Riesling and Pinot Gris, with 10 days of skin contact prior to native fermentation in large oak barrels without additions. The wine aged for one year on fine lees before bottling with a very low level of sulfites. It pours a hazy, deeper orange-gold hue characteristic of extended skin maceration, showcasing the textural complexity and aromatic intensity that defines this natural winemaking approach.
