This wine is produced in Alsace, France, from a blend of Gewurztraminer (58%), Sylvaner, Riesling, and Pinot Blanc. The grapes are hand‐harvested and immediately direct pressed, with the wine undergoing an 11‑month maturation in stainless steel vats.
