2021 Les Vins Pirouettes Tutti Frutti de Michel

A white blend from Alsace featuring Gewürztraminer (58%), Sylvaner, Riesling, and Pinot Blanc. The name "Tutti Frutti" denotes this multi-varietal blend. Made from hand-harvested, organically farmed grapes, the wine is direct pressed and aged for 11 months in stainless steel vats with zero sulfur addition, resulting in a natural wine with fine acid and structure.
