Guillaume Overnoy's Côtes du Jura Trousseau is made from 100% Trousseau grapes grown according to organic principles on thirty-year-old vines from a scattered 5.5ha estate in varied Jura soils. The wine reflects the Overnoy family's recognized approach to pure, terroir-driven winemaking in the Jura region. Guillaume, the grand-nephew of Pierre Overnoy, took over the estate in 2014 and continues traditional winemaking methods.
