Located at 500-600 meters altitude on sandy soils with a strong calcareous skeleton of dolomitic origin, the steep slopes with eastern exposure allow for complete physiological ripening without loss of acidity and varietal aromas. The wine is fermented in large acacia barrels and aged on its lees until May following harvest, with batonnage performed every 10 days during the first three months, then bottled and cellared until January before release.
