2021 San Fereolo Valdiba Dogliani
Valdibà is a youthful expression of Dogliani DOCG produced in Italy from Dolcetto grapes sourced from southeast- and northwest-facing vines in the Barracone and San Fereolo vineyards within the Valdibà subsection. Crafted by Nicoletta Bocca, this wine is vinified entirely in steel cuve to preserve its varietal character and reflect the terroir. Production is limited to 13,000 bottles, with the remaining Dolcetto vines at the estate contributing to the related flagship cuvée, San Fereolo.
