Skerk's Ograde is a macerated Italian white blend from the Carso region, combining indigenous grape varieties to create unique complexity. The grapes undergo 15 days of skin contact maceration in wooden vats with minimal SO2 use, developing a distinctive pinky-onion hue characteristic of this extended contact style. This winemaking approach enhances the wine's citrus aromas and spicy notes while creating a rich, full-bodied palate with good acidity and persistence. Contains sulfites.
