2021 Skerk Carso Ograde White

This Italian Orange wine is produced in the Carso region using traditional winemaking techniques. It is crafted from indigenous grape varieties – Vitovska, Malvasia, Sauvignon Blanc, and Pinot Grigio – and is formulated as a dry blend. Extended skin contact is achieved through a 15‐day maceration in wooden vats with minimal SO₂, highlighting the influence of the vineyard and terroir while preserving essential varietal characteristics. The wine is released with declared sulfite levels.
