2021 Sparr Riesling Sentiment

The Riesling Sentiment is a dry white wine produced exclusively from Riesling grapes in Alsace. Sourced from some of the region’s premier vineyard sites and managed by an 8th generation winemaking family, the grapes are cultivated biodynamically. The wine is vinified using traditional Alsace techniques that emphasize terroir-driven expression and reflect the region’s longstanding viticultural heritage.
