2022 A & JF Ganevat La Colline des Dames VDF Rouge

A Jura wine made from 100% Pinot Noir sourced from organic vineyards in Alsace. The grapes are hand-harvested and naturally vinified using semi-carbonic maceration at cool temperatures with native yeasts. Aged in well-seasoned large foudres, the wine is bottled without fining, filtration, or added sulfites. This natural wine may occasionally show reduction aromas and benefits from extended aeration before serving.
