2022 Benjamin Serer Vouvray La Tradition
A sparkling Vouvray crafted from Chenin Blanc using the méthode traditionnelle. The wine is produced with native, spontaneous fermentations, with three-fourths raised in steel tanks over winter and one-fourth in older 400L barrels. Bottled en tirage in March, it undergoes 12 months of aging on its lees before disgorgement. Minimal intervention in the cellar ensures clear transmission of terroir, resulting in a refined yet vibrant expression with fine mousse and chalky minerality characteristic of the appellation.
