2022 Didon Les Vignes Blanches Aligote

Naïma and David Didon established Domaine Didon in Bouzeron, Burgundy in 2017, farming 2 hectares of their own biodynamic vines with additional grapes sourced from the wider region. Their Bourgogne Aligoté Les Vignes Blanches comes from 75-year-old estate vines in Chassey-le-Camp. Aligoté, a full sibling of Chardonnay, is known for producing wines with volume, texture, crisp acidity, and white flower aromatics.
