2022 Domaine Agnès Paquet Auxey-Duresses Rouge "Les Hoz"

A red wine from the Auxey-Duresses appellation, sourced from the 'Les Hoz' vineyard with south-facing exposure and deep white limestone soils. The Pinot Noir vines were planted in two periods (1950s and 2000s) and are vinified separately to preserve the distinct character of old and young vines. A good percentage of whole grape maceration gives this wine a delicate structure, showcasing the Auxey terroir and tannic framework.
