2022 Domaine Ganevat Plein Sud Cotes du Jura Trousseau

Plein Sud is a 100% Trousseau from Domaine Ganevat, sourced from vines planted in 1949 and 2000 on gray marl and scree soils originating from the rock of Chalandigna in the Jura. The estate practices biodynamic viticulture and employs natural winemaking methods, including fermentation with native yeasts, no fining or filtration, and no added sulfur. This wine represents one of Ganevat's favorite expressions of the Trousseau variety. Decanting is recommended.
