100% Colombard natural Biodynamic wine crafted by Winemaker Sébastien Fezas (also known as Sébastien Jeandaugé), known for his minimal intervention approach and expression of terroir. Whole bunch fermented with indigenous yeasts, unfined, unfiltered and zero sulphur added. Produced using natural methods without topping up during aging, giving the wine a unique oxidative character. Naturally hazy with a lively, dynamic profile.
