Franche Lippée is a 100% Syrah wine produced using a combination of whole-bunch and partially destemmed grapes. The grapes undergo a semi-carbonic maceration—fermentation in an anaerobic environment—followed by natural fermentation in concrete tanks and pressing 13 days after fermentation begins. Crafted without added SO₂, the wine reflects winemaker Sébastien Jeandaugé’s commitment to expressing terroir through both natural and experimental approaches.
