2022 Dujardin Monthelie Blanc "Les Plantes" Chardonnay

Monthelie Blanc from Domaine Dujardin is produced exclusively from 100% Chardonnay grapes grown in the Monthelie appellation of Burgundy, France. The vineyards are established on limestone‐rich soils that define the region’s terroir, and the winemaking process incorporates barrel fermentation techniques that introduce controlled oak influence. The production methods are designed to enhance concentration and integrate the mineral character of the vineyard with the structural qualities imparted by these traditional Burgundian practices.
