2022 La Roche Bleue la Belle d'Aunis

The 2022 Belle d'Aunis is a red cuvée made exclusively from Pineau d'Aunis grapes sourced from some of Domaine de la Roche Bleue’s oldest vines (60–80 years) in the Coteaux du Loir, Loire region. The vineyards are planted in clay with silex soils over limestone, reflecting distinctive terroir characteristics. The wine is produced with minimal intervention using artisanal techniques, including a 2–3 week semi-carbonic maceration in foudre, slow pressing, and one year of maturation in 1–3 year-old barrels.
