The 2022 'Belle d'Aunis' is sourced from the domaine's oldest vines (60-80 years) planted in clay with silex soils over limestone. Produced with minimal intervention, it undergoes 2 to 3 week semi-carbonic maceration in foudre, followed by slow pressing and one year of aging in 1 to 3 year-old barrels.
