Originating from Burgundy’s Beaujolais region in the Morgon appellation, this single‐varietal Gamay is produced from estate‐grown fruit using traditional, natural winemaking practices. The production approach emphasizes minimal intervention techniques, such as no added sulfur in some expressions, to allow the unique terroir—characterized by stony, saline soils—to guide the wine’s development and aging potential.
