2022 Ruby Blanca Pinot Noir

50% whole cluster fermentation with the remainder destemmed. Pressed and aged in neutral French oak. Bottled with 15ppm sulfur and no fining or filtering. Light-bodied Pinot Noir that can be served with a chill if desired.
