2022 Sant Armettu Rosumarinu Blanc
Rosumarinu Blanc is made from Vermentinu grown on the slopes of Tizzano in Corsica, composed of clay-granitic arenas. The harvest is destemmed and sorted before direct pressing. The wine is aged in stainless steel vats on fine lees with stirring, developing a pale yellow robe with slightly green reflections. The granite terroir imparts notable mineral characteristics to this floral, precise wine. Serve at 10-12°C.
