2022 Sant Armettu Rosumarinu Rouge

Domaine Sant Armettu, located in Propriano in southern Corsica, was founded in 1964 by Lucien and Paul Seroin and now spans 40 hectares under the leadership of fourth‐generation winemaker Gilles Seroin. The estate, dedicated to native Corsican varieties, produces Rosumarinu Rouge exclusively from Sciaccarellu grapes grown on the clay‐granitic slopes of Tizzano. The winemaking process involves destemming, sorting, and a pre‐fermentation maceration that includes a few pigeages, with the wine subsequently aged in stainless steel vats.
