A Pétillant Naturel sparkling wine produced using the ancestral method, where fermentation of natural sugars from manually harvested grapes finishes in the bottle, creating natural bubbles. Made nearly entirely from Chardonnay grown on schist soils in Anjou Noir. The wine is unfiltered and bottled naturally, resulting in fine, delicate bubbles and an elegant character. The dark schist terroir is evident in the wine's mineral-driven profile, contributing to its distinctive expression and precise finish.
