2022 Terra Vita Vinum Infusions VDF Rouge

An innovative Loire Valley blend combining 55% Cabernet Franc, 25% Grolleau, 10% Gamay, and 10% Chenin Blanc from manually harvested grapes. Produced using whole bunch fermentation with short maceration focused on infusion rather than extraction. The wine is bottled unfiltered with minimal sulfites, respecting the fruit and biodiversity of the terroir. This biodynamic cuvée expresses the authentic character of Loire varietals with immediate drinkability and vibrant freshness.

Farming

Certified Organic. Biodynamic farming with mechanical soil management and natural preparations instead of chemicals. Vines are cultivated in a traditional and selective manner with short pruning. Soil maintenance is done mechanically without chemical weeding. Vines are protected using preparations made from natural products in respect of biodiversity. Limited yields between 25 and 30 hectoliters per hectare. The winery does not buy grapes and only vinifies those that they grow.
