2022 Vina Herzanovi Rosé Pet Nat

Herzanovi’s Pét Nat Rosé is produced from a blend of Blaufränkisch, Blauer Portugieser, and Sankt Laurent grapes using the ancestral method—bottling the wine while fermentation is still in progress to create its naturally sparkling, slightly cloudy character. The production process, which reflects careful attention to vineyard terroir (including sources from the Czech Republic in similar blends), employs minimal intervention techniques to preserve the inherent qualities of the grape varieties while achieving a naturally effervescent style.
