2023 Armand Heitz Folie Sauvage

A blend of approximately 60% Gamay and 40% Pinot Noir from Burgundy, France, vinified to emphasize freshness, drinkability and fruit purity. The Pinot Noir is sourced from sites in Meursault, Pommard and Volnay, while Gamay comes from Beaujolais Villages in Pruzilly. Terroir varies between clay-limestone soils for Pinot Noir and schist-based soils for Gamay, contributing both structure and freshness to this light to medium-bodied wine with lively acidity and fine tannins.
