La Malvasia Infatata di Caravaglio is a white wine produced from 100% Malvasia delle Lipari grapes sourced from the single-vineyard Tricoli on Salina island. This organic vineyard has a distinctive triangular shape and is situated on the steep slopes of an ancient volcano in the Malfa district, facing northwest toward the Mediterranean on the island's north side. The vines are cultivated in volcanic and sandy soils with full respect for nature, producing a dry, saline expression of Malvasia characteristic of this high-quality growing area.
