François Chidaine is one of the absolute masters of Chenin Blanc, and this represents his expressive dry style from Montlouis-sur-Loire. The wine is produced from grapes purchased from a young grower in organic transition. Made using Méthode Traditionelle with zero dosage, this bone-dry Chenin showcases precision, texture, and the characteristic lift of Loire Valley expression. Beautifully fresh and energetic, with polished orchard fruit on the nose, complemented by a light and minerally seam. The palate is vivacious, filled with desiccated fruit, backed up by great acidity, and a fine pétillance. Full, composed, and striking, with a long, fruit-rich finish.
