2023 Clos Naudet Chablis

Chablis is produced exclusively from Chardonnay grown in vineyards spanning two villages, Préhy and Courgis, where soil conditions vary from predominantly limestone to clay and vines range in age from 20 to 60 years. The winemaking process employs a long élevage period with the integration of subtle lees and a measured use of new oak, techniques that reflect the style of renowned producers such as Dagueneau and Dauvissat.
